Poppy campaign underway

Hank Nikitczuk is the poppy campaign chair for the Welland Royal Canadian Legion branch No. 4. As well as serving as a reminder of sacrifices by generations past, money raised from poppies serves a variety of community projects, said Nikitczuk.
