The Niagara Parks Commission (NPC) is gearing up for its year-end festivities, recently announcing a roster of musical talent joining in the New Year's Eve celebrations at Queen Victoria Park.
Performers rocking the city into 2009 will include Roger Hodgson, former lead singer of Supertramp, Canadian rocker Kim Mitchell and up and coming Canadian artist Justin Hines.
The show will kick off at 8 p.m. and is expected to draw a crowd of approximately 30,000. The night will also feature firework displays planned for 9 p.m. and again at midnight.
