Shoppers are being asked to put their heart into it next week.

The Heart and Stroke Foundation's "Put Your Heart into It!" tour will be making an appearance on Wednesday through Saturday at the Pen Centre.

The Heart and Stroke Foundation is presenting its new interactive heart-health kiosk where shoppers can listen to the differences in the heart beats sounds of healthy versus unhealthy hearts, check out Heart TV, which provides tips and tools on healthy living. They can also get their blood pressure checked at our free blood pressure clinics overseen by practical nursing students from Humber Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning.

Participants will walk away with plenty of heart-healthy information to help their families make smarter lifestyle choices.  And they will have the chance to speak to Heart and Stroke Ambassadors to help them learn more about improving their heart health and how the Heart and Stroke Foundation is working in their community.

The free, interactive learning experience about their heart health will be set up at the mall from May 21-24.
