Missing Welland woman found

Marlene Boreham, a Welland woman reported missing last week, has been located.

Boreham, 59, was found in good health during the evening hours of Oct. 1.

"Through media coverage of this missing person report, the police received information by a number of concerned citizens that led to the whereabouts and eventual locating of Mrs. Boreham," said Detective Const. Shannon Valenti in a media release.

"The Niagara Regional Police Service is grateful for the continued cooperation between the media, members of the public and the police".
