Our Bay Beach properties do need improvements, we all see this.

Yes, these improvements come with a cost. I do believe, however, rather than seeking out private sector support and money, as staff has recommended to council, town staff and council should be seeking out our provincial and federal governments to partner with in any way possible. Has this been done? If so, what are the results? If not, why?

This has been done in other areas of Fort Erie already, why not for our Bay Beach properties?

With funding coming from partnering with our governments we would be able to enjoy open space/greenspace elements. We would be able to restore and maintain the jewel of a property most of Fort Erie, and points north and south, seek to enjoy.

Great strides have been made already. Parking has been greatly improved (with an income to the town) and some beautification has begun. Please, let's move forward along this path.

All of the Bay Beach properties should remain in public hands.

Once it's gone, it's gone!
