Our Prime Minister recently expressed utter disdain for Canadian artists, whom he believes are supported solely by government subsidies. Now, after widespread criticism, he is shown grinning sheepishly in a news video, holding a cello and listening to a performance by an accomplished, young cellist, whose parents obviously care enough about the arts to pay for lessons.
Stephen Harper has taken hypocrisy to an all new level. When he turns on the TV set every night like "ordinary people," he is no doubt watching back-pedaling American politicians, while taking notes.
